Over 90% of companies run loyalty programs and, according to Gartner, there are over $140 billion in unspent loyalty points in the United States alone.

And it’s not just the value of loyalty points at risk. With social media amplifying customer frustrations, if their points get stolen, it’s your company’s reputation on the line. With so much at stake and such a high rate of adoption, why isn’t more focus placed on securing these programs?
